High Rye Earns Platinum at 2025 ASCOTs
Ten Day Bourbon is proud to announce that our Single Barrel High Rye has been awarded a prestigious Platinum Medal at the 2025 American Spirits Council of Tasters (ASCOT) Awards.
The ASCOT Awards, founded by spirits personality and veteran tasting judge Fred Minnick, consists of a blind tasting format and rigorous evaluation process. Entries are judged based on a series of criteria relating to appearance, aroma, taste, and finish.

A Cure for the Ordinary.
Ten Day Bourbon pays homage to the physicians and dentists of the Prohibition era. With a signed prescription from a licensed doctor, patients could obtain a pint of whiskey from a pharmacist every Ten Days.

Honoring the medical professionals that shaped medicinal whiskey's history, this release embodies a depth of flavor and complexity that only surgical craftsmanship can reveal.
Surgeon’s Cut is bottled at barrel strength, capturing the pure essence and robust flavors straight from the cask. Each pour offers an unfiltered, bold experience that showcases the full intensity and character of our carefully aged bourbon. Released in November 2024.
